Ya ampun, ini semua syarat mininal yang harus dikuasai seorang IT dan Database Administrator? ampuuuuun.......

Knowledge, skill and abilities :

1. Proven knowledge in advanced operating and personal computer systems. Must have a thorough understanding in multiple hardware and software platforms, product and applications. Proven knowledge in technical diagnostic and analytical tools. Understanding of project management concepts and techniques required. Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
2. Experience in applications development, test design, and testing.
3. Thorough understanding of healthcare cost drivers, data connections, SAS, and SQL databases.
4. Knowledge of information technology project management and life cycle methodologies
5. KHighly advanced analytical and organization skills.
6. Knowledge of commercial software packages including windows 2000, word, excel, access, crystal report, SQL.
7. Strong relationship management capabilities with both internal and external constituents.
8. Strong verbal and written communications skills, including presentation experience
9. Knowledge of quality assurance programs.
10. Skill in balancing resources, needs, and technology
11. Ability to formulate scope and objectives bases on business requirements
12. Ability to monitor project status and handle multiple tasks
13. Ability to communicate at various levels within the organization and with customers
14. Ability to work in a team environment, handles multiple tasks, and be flexible in taking on various projects.
15. Ability to deal responsibility with confidential information.
